After the warm reception that Burberry Hero Eau de Toilette has received upon its release last year, the house wanted to embrace this success and attention and try to cook up a new edition to add to the Burberry Hero line; introducing Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum, a more intense and assertive scent than its Eau de Toilette counterpart.
The philosophy behind this collection is to embrace the hero you can be. It is about self-discovery and finding that spark in you that will empower you with its energy. The new Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum further solidifies this image of a hero, but tougher and more rigid. As far as the face of the campaign is concerned, Adam Driver is returning again this year to represent the image that the house is seeking for Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum.
Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum explores an enticing new side of heroism: the courage to embrace who you truly are. It presents a man on a journey to self-discovery. An explorative spirit, with a centred sensibility. His energy exudes tender soulfulness, expressed by the presence of the horse, a powerful creature that represents our hero’s strength.Burberry London
Top notes: Pine Needle
Middle notes: Benzoin, Incense
Base notes: Cedarwood
To create this darker, more intense version of Burberry Hero, some changes were made to the notes. For instance, the Eau de Toilette version features a citrus top note of bergamot, followed by juniper berries and black pepper, and the base notes rounded out with Himalayan Cedar, Atlas Cedar, and Virginian cedar, On the other hand, the new Eau de Parfum will include dark woody ambery notes starting off with a top note pine needle followed by a heart note of benzoin and at the end incense and cedarwood.
The bottle dresses up in deep oak and gold-toned inspired by the house codes to express the new intensity of the fragrance within.Burberry
