Carolina Herrera Stallion Leather: Power meets Sensuality

House Carolina Herrera is setting the stage ready for their upcoming fragrance release, Stallion Leather. This new perfume will join the Confidential line of fragrances. Keeping true to its line’s motif, Stallion Leather has emotional and personal symbolism behind it. It pays tribute to Carolina Herrera’s beloved racehorse, Balaclava. The idea was to encapsulate Balaclava’s beauty and strength and present them to the fans in the form of a scent.

According to Mrs. Herrera, the inspiration behind this fragrance came from the racing horse which her mother used to own back in Carolina’s teenage years in Caracas. On her fifteenth birthday, she was given the horse as a gift and ever since, she has cherished Balaclava as one of her most valuables. Hence, the idea to memorialize the stallion was created.
