Fragrance Du Bois has announced that they will be releasing four new fragrances this holiday season. The bottles will be available in a 100ml size or as a discovery set.
The discovery set will feature six fragrances, two of which are collaborations with celebrities and are both currently available for purchase. PM has been blended for well-known music producer Michael Blakey and Minuit Et Demi has been created for fragrance reviewer Demi Rawling.
“Start your next love affair with your new signature scent from The Lovers Collection by Fragrance Du Bois, for him for her and definitely recommended to share,” says Fragrance Du Bois in their press release.
The first of the four releases is Cavort, “an intensely intimate fragrance that underpins the frisson of excitement of a first encounter.” Cavort has top notes of Saffron, Davana, Geranium and Cinnamon. As we progress to the heart we may find Rose Absolute, Orange Flower, Ylang and Jasmine. Finally, Indonesian Patchouli, Labdanum, Sandalwood and Indian Incense complete the base.
“Stimulate your senses in a complex blend of spicy Cinnamon and soft but potent Geranium while exotic floral mid-notes breeze in just like the soft touch of a hand brushing skin. A dash of Davana lends a chameleon-like quality leading to an evocative perfume full of intensity and individuality.”
The next release is Secret Tryst, a fragrance that is “as daring and irresistible as your liaisons.” The top notes of the fragrance are Bergamot, Saffron and Indian Cardamom. In the heart are notes of Rose, Jasmine, Cedarwood and Vetiver. The base concludes with Patchouli, Frankincense, Cistus and Vanilla.
“Wake up your senses to the invigorating notes of Bergamot and Citrus and submit to sensual Cedarwood. Cast your spell with bewitching mid-notes of Jasmine and the raw, earthy musk of Vetiver and Frankincense. Beguiling Rose adds a touch of racy romance to your dalliances, luring those who wish to succumb with its captivating scent. Arresting, provocative and hopelessly addictive. Secret Tryst – because once is never enough.”
The third release is one that I’m looking forward to trying, Soltis. “The Solstis is A Midsummer Night’s Dreamtime—, that’s the one where they wear masks and run around in fields switching lovers. It’s witchy and magical, but in a hot, Eyes Wide Shut kind of way, rather than a “What’s your star sign?”
On the top are notes of Apple, Mandarin, Bergamot and Pink Pepper. As we progress lower, we find notes of Nutmeg, Neroli, Pepper and Cardamom in the heart. Finally, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Vetiver complete the base.
“A scent for all seasons, Solstis is the story of the intimate relationship between the two annual solstices of the sun. It speaks of an unbreakable but transformational bond in the guise of a powerful and aromatic fragrance. Opening with citrus notes of Mandarin and Bergamot, this elegant fragrance conjures up sultry summers of amour and adoration. A hint of spicy pink pepper laced with fruity vibes lend a rosy, romantic nuance.”
The fourth and final fragrance in this holiday collection is London Spice. “The origins of this intensely fresh fragrance can be traced back to London Oud, but the newly launched London Spice assumes a sexier and sportier evolution without any Oud in the background reworked to perfection by master perfumer Francois Merle-Baudoin.”
London Spice has top notes of Lemon, Bergamot and Spearmint. Towards the heart, we find Lavender, Jasmine, White Flowers and Marine Notes. Finally, the fragrance is completed with Patchouli, Cedarwood, Nutmeg and Cardamom.
“London Spice is a masculine and iconic fragrance, taking those who dare to stand out from the crowd from day to night in exuberant style. Just like its namesake, it’s a charismatic perfume emblematic of the world’s greatest city. Those who choose London Spice reign supreme.”
All four fragrances will retail for $385 USD and will come in a 100 ml bottle. Or, you may opt for a six fragrance discovery set which retails at $69 USD.
