Lancome has released a new flanker of Idole titled Idole Nectar. This release is spearheaded by Euphoria star Zendaya who is seen at the forefront of the marketing campaign. Lancome has opted for a new subset of unique notes to turn heads this spring.
“The generation of Idôle women gathers again and they are ready to go even further, it’s time to move the world forward by broadcasting this new message: Unite, be your own Idôle.”
Packaged in a tall, rectangular bottle, Idole Nectar features colour blocking straight out of a 90s lava lamp. Pink and orange hues are arranged in a galaxy pattern across the entirety of the bottle. A copper cap tops off this creation from Lancome.
“The bottle is made from recycled glass and its holographic halo expresses the determination and optimism of the Idôle generation of women. You are not born an Idôle woman but you become one because UNITED we are stronger, UNITED we succeed, UNITED WE ARE IDOLE!”
Lancome has opted to add new notes to this fragrance while keeping some key players in the game. At the top is a Popcorn accord which is sure to be exciting. The heart receives Rose de Isparta and the base is Vanilla.
The original release of Idole begins with Pear and Bergamot at the top, followed by Rose de Mai, Turkish Rose and Indian Jasmine in the heart. Finally, it concludes with White Musk and Vanilla.
Lancome Idole Nectar is available in three sizes: 25ml, 50ml and 100ml. The 25ml bottle retails for $61 USD, 50ml costs $109 USD and 100ml will run you around $146 USD.
