Memo Paris Sherwood: for Merry Men and Women

Many of us know the story of Robin Hood and his group of renegade Merry Men. Stealing from the rich to give to the poor was always a controversial topic, but luckily, Memo’s new release, Sherwood, will be less of a moral dilemma.

An inspiration of New Caledonian sandalwood that is cut from branches and dead wood for a more sustainable approach. The sandalwood bathed in upcycled dry oak, while shimmering blackcurrant and war spices bolster the concoction. The creamy and warm facets of the sandalwood are on full display with a kick of pink pepper. Cashmeran adds to the comforting aroma of the perfume, giving a silky and cozy feeling. Carrot seed oil, violet, and luscious Damask rose from Turkey are added to give depth to the inviting blend. Finally, iris and dried fruits are used to accent the woodiness and give contrast to the spicy woodiness of the scent.

The bottle is adorned with a golden plate that is inspired by Major Oak in the tales of the outlaw and is a nock (“knock”. Pun intended) towards the arrows that Robin Hood used in his adventures.
