Giorgio Armani is set to release Si Passione Eclat, a flanker to the original Si Passione and its five other variants. The fragrance was originally released in 2017, followed by an Intense flanker, Red Maestro, Eau De Parfum and two collectors editions.
Perfumed by Julie Masset, Si Passione Eclat takes a few notes from the original release. On the top, there are notes of Bergamot and Black Currant. Below in the heart is two different types of Rose: Damask and Capital. Finally, White Musk and Bourbon Vanilla Extract from Madagascar.
The Black Currant accord can be found throughout the entire line, utilizing the berry in different ways. The Intense flanker utilizes Black Currant in a syrup form, while the rest of the fragrances use the note in its rawest form. As well, the Bergamot found in the top is new to the line, although other citrus’ accords are used in the original release and Eau de Parfum (EDP) variant.
The new fragrance is made completely of Rose in the heart. The note can be found in the original release and EDP, although it is considerably more concentrated in the new flanker. Eclat is missing the diversity of floral notes in the heart, as well as Pineapple which is found in a few of the other versions.
Finally in the base, all of the Si Passione fragrances utilize Musk or some note that creates woody and animalic aromas. The Vanilla accord is found in the Red Maestro and Intense flankers although, Eclat introduces a booziness to the note by means of Bourbon.
Si Passione Eclat is currently shown on the companies website with a notification option. The fragrance will launch sometime in 2022 and will be available in three sizes: 30ml, 50ml and 100ml.
