House of Oud has just revealed the latest addition to their expansive collection; introducing an all-new scent under the whimsical name, Sacred Groove. The fragrance is mainly inspired by paper and created by the perfumer Cristian Calabrò. The brand has cooperated with the Italian artist to create Sacred Groove. The white that the iris note makes which is made to be suspended in the air by the lavender that adds to its lightness. The spicy green of Angelica hints at the irregular nature of the material, not to mention the final touch of light wood.
The fragrance has top notes of Bitter Orange, and Angelica Roots, followed by the middle notes of Turkish Rose, Jasmine, Lavender, Labdanum, and Iris, and base notes of Warm Spices, Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Precious Woods, Patchouli, Myrrh, Amber, and Musc.
The bottle design looks akin to other House of Oud signature oval designs, but with a whiter aesthetic reminiscent of paper.
